Honestly I won't lie her reasoning to become everyone's best friend was kind shallow but it actually fits with people very modernly. To be recognized and popular among their reason to follow a crowd no matter how terrible they are. People in general fit the description of "Fake" pretty commonly. Honestly though from her statement of the class they were terrible themselves. It would be hard for any normal person to handle all the baggage another person had created

On the side note they put the word truth in quite an accurate light. People don't handle it very well . Always covering their ears and putting on blindfolds. Pretend not to see or hear it it doesn't exist to them. They don't handle it being exposed very well and often contribute to issues and keep it covered up. It's expected when they're put on the spot that the truth is used they won't handle all the stuff they swept under the rug. Hmm... imagine if the classmates weren't cheating on each other. lol.

Kushida and Suzune are truly polar opposites. Honest, herself and faithful to redeem Kushida. Also she's not popular yet is first in her subjects for the class pretty much. Also she's not shallow. The only thing alike is that Suzune wishes for her brother's recognition.

Kushida essentially follows the norms. The norms aren't necessarily okay but commonly are done by the average person and for those exact reasons. In terms I don't think the telling the truth was the worst. I do think the norms she's after are terribly shallow. In fact fake people aren't necessarily good people. They pretend to be. You know all happy and pretending there's no issues and ignorant to them in general to pretend they don't exist sweeping it also under the rug. A very normal thing of average people. Which hey is actually not something to look highly upon. If the they never did what she stated there'd be nothing to tell her. That part is on the classroom and after they cornered her she just spilled all the bs that she was tired of holding and turned everyone who were demonizing her to realize the much worse demons they pushed on her to keep secret. Essentially she tossed the mask and being fake as their was no point to keep following their charade. They essentially ended up telling her because she was popular. In terms why would you want to fit in with that group and be recognized by them. Her new class isn't necessarily a bad class but her old one was. They're pretty awful people. In terms I see where Suzune sees that she kind of is the risk of taking what Kushida wants away. Suzune knows the rumors about the past incident and Kushida wanted a fresh start. In terms she's feeling at risk of a repeat. However Kushida is still pretty much the issue because the absolute norm she follows to continue to be fake and looking for recognition is an extremely toxic norm.

Volume 1-3 of first year is missing bro.

Sadly i can't find the first 3 volumes ,translation groups prefer to focus on the latest volumes because those are the ones that dont have an official english translation :(
There is a HIGH chance that they never got translated by any group because the official release was already available at the time.
If you want to know what happens on those 3 volumes you will have to buy the official release like i did :')

btw year 1 is the anime right??? so we still have 1 year left and that's it ??
doesn't that mean we need at least 4-5 more seasons this way ?

Right now we are still on volume 6 of their 1st year in the anime ,so it still has to cover more volumes.
The novel is still updating and we are right now still on the 2nd year of school (the author publish a volume every 3/4 months).
I don't know if we will get 4-5 more seasons ,but i can atleast see them completing the 1st year with this season + the next season (if they keep up with this pace).

The manga exist ,but finding it online translated is pretty much impossible because if you want to continue the story you can just start reading the novel so scan groups dont even bother doing the scans for the manga (which is pretty much the worst version of the novel).

they r not repeating like wat they did with s1 giving horikita importance like giving her scenes where actually otr girls were involved and not her, s2 proved this by giving kei lots of moments which rightfully is and correcting the mistakes in s1 going as far as giving the ending theme with kei cause s1 caused alot of controversy and hate.
